Fra le colline del Chianti senese, a un passo da Siena è situato l'Hotel Posta del Chianti.
La famiglia Parri e' da generazioni proprietaria del complesso, un tempo antico mulino e ora adibito ad albergo e ristorante. Nel cuore del suggestivo paesaggio delle colline senesi l'hotel offre camere munite di telefono, frigo bar, cassaforte e tv satellite, arredate con cura e passione. Il tutto immerso nel calore dell'ambiente familiare toscano che crea quell'atmosfera di altri tempi, con uno splendido giardino romantico e le camere arredate in legno massello secondo i criteri dell'arte povera locale.
Facilmente raggiungibile, vicino a un importante crocevia ma appartato e distante dal traffico, l'albergo e' dotato di pareti e finestre insonorizzate.
Abbandonando l'A1 all'altezza di Firenze Certosa e rientrandovi al casello Valdichiana (o viceversa), puo' essere un'ottima alternativa alla monotonia dell'autostrada.
Possibilita' di noleggio mountain-bike. Siamo a vostra disposizione per consigli su visite ed escursioni nel nostro territorio. Il nostro Hotel è convenzionato con le Terme L'Antica Querciolaia, situato a circa 5 Km., dove potrete utilizzare oltre alla salutare piscina termale di acque sulfuree, palestra e vari altri tipi di trattamenti. Contattandoci potrete usufruire di condizioni particolari
Le nostre camere doppie sono arredate con lo stile e la cura dei particolari. Munite di bagno indipendente e possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Offrono ottima veduta e sono fornite di telefono, frigobar, cassaforte e tv satellitare.
Alcune camere doppie sono disponibili anche per l'uso di singole offrendo lo stesso comfort e qualità.

Proveniendo da Sud Italia:
Percorrendo la A1 uscire al casello VALDICHIANA (Loc. Bettolle), imboccare la superstrada (Bettolle - Siena) in direzione di Siena, proseguendo fino ad arrivare tra il 17+ e il 18+ km della stessa strada dove si troverà sulla destra l'uscita per colonna DEL GRILLO, uscire seguendo la direzione Monte San Savino a destra dopo circa 700 mt.(già si trovano le nostri indicazioni) arriverete in Loc. colonna del Grillo svoltare a destra per Monte San Savino 300mt. Siete arrivati!
Proveniendo da Nord Italia:
Percorrendo la A1 uscire al casello FIRENZE - CERTOSA, imboccare raccordo Firenze - Siena in direzione di Siena. Una volta arrivati in prossimità di Siena proseguire segendo le direzioni per Arezzo e Perugia, il raccordo sfocia sulla superstrada Siena - Bettolle. Proseguire sempre in direzione di Arezzo e Perugia fino ad arrivare tra il 17+ e il 18km della stessa superstrada dove si troverà sulla destra l'uscita per colonna DEL GRILLO, uscire seguendo la direzione Monte San Savino a destra dopo circa 700mt. (già troverete le nostre indicazioni) arriverete in Loc. Colonna del Grillo svoltare a destra per Monte San Savino 300mt. e siete arrivati. Importante: L'iscita da prendere sulla superstrada Siena - Bettolle è esclusivaente COLONNA DEL GRILLO e nessun'altra.

In the middle of the hills of the Chianti shire, and at a few steps from Siena there's the Hotel Posta del Chianti.
From many generation, the family Parry is the owner of the complex; which, in the ancient times, was a mill. Now the build is completely restored, and turn into a hotel and a restaurant. So in the heart of the evocative landscape of the Sienese Hill, the hotel may offers you nice rooms furnished with care and love and equipped with phone, frigobar, safe-box and sat. Tv.
Everything is arounded by the warm typical of the tuscan and genuine placet, which remind to other times, with a great and romantic garden, and the wooden furniture of the rooms in the typical poor style. Our hotel is easily reachable thanks to the closeness with the main road, but is also apart and distant to assure you relax and silence; moreover our hotel is built with sound-proofed walls and windows.
Leaving the A1 at the exit Firenze - Certosa and then enter in Valdichiana, could be a good change from the monotony of the A1. In our hotel is possible to rent mountain-bike. We give you all our availability and information to organize some trips to visit the marvellous towns in the nearby of the hotel and Siena.
16 double bedded room. A wide garden, a spacious private parking, TV sat, Restaurant, the main credit cards are accepted - We speak English. Pets are not admitted.
Our Hotel cooperate with the Spa L'Antica Querciolaia, which is situated to approximately 5km of distance; here you may use not only the thermal swimming pool with sulphureous waters, but also gym and various king of treatments. Contacting us, wa may offer you particular conditions.
All our double bedded rooms are furnished with style and care for the little things; with bathroom and the possibility to add a bed. We may also offer you a beautiful view, together with phone, frigobar, safe-box and Sat. TV.
Some of our double bedded rooms are available also as a single use, with the same comport and quality.
How to reach us
From south:
From the A1 exit at Valdichiana (Bettole), then take the high-speed road (Bettole - Siena) in direction of Siena, after 17-18 km, at your right side you will find the exit for COLONA DEL GRILLO, then follow the direction for MONTE S. SAVINO. After 700mt. (you will find our signs) you will reach the place COLONNA DEL GRILLO, so turn right for Monte S. Savino and after 300mt, you will find our hotel.
From North:
From the A1 exit to Firenze - Certosa, then take the connecting road FIRENZE - Siena in direction of Siena. In the nearby of the town of Siena follow the direction for Arezzo - Perugia so you will enter in the high Speed road Siena - Bettolle, keep on in direction of Arezzo - Perugia and after 17/18 km. at your right side you will find the exit COLONNA DEL GRILLO, then follow the direction for MONTE S. SAVINO after 700mt. (you will find our signs) you will reach the place COLONNA DEL GRILLO, so turn right for Monte S. Savino and after 300mt, you will find our hotel.
The most important thing is that the only exit of the road Siena - Bettolle, to reach our hotel, is COLONNA DEL GRILLO, and not the other ones.
